Ejiofor Chukwudubem Innocent: ‘APPROACH B’ TO HOW I DO MY REALISTIC DRAWINGS (Tutorial 1)
Mediums: Graphite pencil, charcoal pencil, white gel pen, tombow mono on cream cartridge paper.

Make a sketch of your subject starting from the eye, I used my 2b mechanical pencil for this. Note: the eye can be quite tricky when drawing so make sure you balance them well to avoid your subject having “half pass 5 kinda eye”
Using my Charcoal pencil(general 4b med), I create a dark area around the eye, carefully observing my ref. pics. Note, you can use your 9b pencil, carbon pencil for this as they are quite darker and less shiny than normal graphite pencil.
I use my brush to blend the charcoal starting from the place the charcoal mark is to the down part of the eye in a very light movement to avoid messing up the eye with more charcoal.
